Italien ist auf der ganzen Welt für seine kulinarischen Traditionen berühmt, und die toskanische Küche ist ohne Zweifel eine der wichtigsten und bekanntesten.

Die Toskana ist ein Land voller Aromen, und neben dem berühmten Chianti-Wein und dem nativen Olivenöl extra gehören auch ihre schmackhaften Gerichte zum önogastronomischen Erbe Italiens.

Simonetta und ihre Freundin Kalinka, die aus der Gegend stammt, organisieren Kochkurse für diejenigen, die einige der Geheimnisse der toskanischen Küche kennenlernen möchten. Dies ist eine angenehme Erfahrung, bei der sie gerne ihr kulinarisches Know-how teilen, damit Sie einige dieser wunderbaren Gerichte in Ihren eigenen vier Wänden reproduzieren können.

Jede Unterrichtsstunde wird nach Ihren speziellen Wünschen personalisiert, zum Beispiel, wenn Sie ein bestimmtes Thema oder Menüs haben, die Sie zubereiten möchten.

Während des Unterrichts lernen Sie, frische Nudeln oder Kartoffelgnocchi mit verschiedenen Saucen, zweiten Gängen mit Fleisch oder Gemüse, Beilagen und wunderbaren toskanischen und italienischen Desserts zuzubereiten.

Für die Kochkurse werden nur die besten Zutaten verwendet, darunter Obst und Gemüse aus Simonettas Gemüsegarten, Kartoffeln aus dem Anbau von Luca und Olivenöl vom Bauernhof.

Nach dem Unterricht werden die Gerichte, begleitet von Lucas Bio-Wein, an den Tisch gebracht, um von allen genossen zu werden, die an einem fröhlichen Abend teilnehmen möchten.

Die Kochkurse finden ab 2 Personen statt und kosten 100,00 Euro pro Person. Darin enthalten sind das abschließende Mittag- oder Abendessen und ein Buch mit Rezepten in italienischer und englischer Sprache.

Für Gäste, die nur am Essen teilnehmen möchten, betragen die Kosten 40 Euro pro Person (20 Euro für Kinder unter 10 Jahren).
